A Minnesota indie comic creator and the writer behind Smarg, Paul Hallgren brings a new voice to storytelling that he hopes reminds readers why they first fell in love with the medium. Smarg, which features art from Jesse Switters, tells the story of an alien superhero, doing his best to protect his sprawling urban home.
