Eric D. Howell is a writer and graphic novelist whose work moves between film and illustrated storytelling. His 230-page graphic novel THE REVOLUTION OF CASSANDRA debuted at the 2025 San Diego Comic-Con, expanding his award-winning screenplay into a visually driven narrative about resistance, memory, and power.
Howell began his career working in film production, including years collaborating with musician Prince, where he worked across departments from stunt coordination to special effects. That hands-on background shaped his visual approach to storytelling.
His documentary work has taken him around the world filming stories of resilience and survival in communities facing extreme poverty. Those experiences became the foundation for THE REVOLUTION OF CASSANDRA, which grew from a screenplay recognized by Final Draft Big Break Screenwriting Contest, Fade In Awards, and Stage 32 Screenwriting Contest before evolving into a graphic novel.
