Adam Hoppus is a multi-disciplinary animator, illustrator, and designer with over 25 years’ experience in the design and illustration industry. He began his professional career at 16, drawing everything from race car tees to koalas in golf carts at a screen-printing company in his hometown.
Adam studied animation and illustration in college and after a brief project with a Disney animator, Adam was contacted by a peer who was working in Product Design for Target Corporation. He was immediately hired and has since been responsible for over 6000 products including toys, sporting goods, apparel, bedding, bedroom décor, games, and party décor across multiple owned brands, and was co-creator of the Halloween pumpkin ghoul “Lewis” in 2023.
When not creating spooky pumpkin ghouls and dinosaur bed sheets, Adam works tirelessly on his own work, participating in gallery shows, conventions, and freelance for board game development companies. He lives in Minneapolis, MN with his daughter.
