Steven Stwalley is a cartoonist, animator, game designer, and illustrator living in the Twin Cities. He's probably best known as the creator of Squirmish: The Card Game of Brawling Beasties.
In addition to continuing to expand Squirmish, he is currently busy on a variety of other projects, including working with his frequent collaborator Ben Zmith on their continuing comic strip Strip Mall.
Stwalley is one of the founding members of The International Cartoonist Conspiracy. He was a featured artist in Hot Ink: Comic Art show at the Minnesota Museum of American Art, and in the book Superheroes, Strip Artists & Talking Animals: Minnesota’s Contemporary Cartoonists, published by the Minnesota Historical Society.
